PRODUCT RETURN / REPLACEMENT / REFUNDPOLICY

All products sold on NOORI are new and 100% genuine. NOORI’S Product Return Policy covers the buyer against ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’ and ‘Not as Described’ Product(s).In case the product to be returned is not in stock or has been permanently discontinued, the refund for the entire product or part(s) of the product will be provided by the  or the 3rd Part Seller.

If You are unhappy with the product(s) you have purchased through our Website, you may do the following subject to the condition if received product(s) / consignment is Damaged, Defective or ‘Not as described:

  • You can raise a request for return, replacement or refund (within the prescribed return period) on our website or may send an email regarding the products you want to return and get refund.
  • Once the product is received by the company, the refund shall be initiated by the company and shall be credited to your respective bank account within a due course of time.
  • Buyers will be able to return product(s) within 15days of product(s) actual delivery date.
  • For bedcovers, bedsheets pillow & cushion covers, dining table mats, sheets & runners& napkins,razai & dohar, & women kaftaans & kurtis buyers may be able to return products within 15 days of product delivery, if product is found Damaged, Defective or Not as Described.

  • In case of customer returns the delivered product(s), NOORI shall charge reverse shipping fee, collection fee andpick-pack fee from customer, amount of which shall vary product and pickup location wise.

1. REFUND PROCESS AND TIME

NOORI shall make reimbursements for all returns received / cancelled orders without undue delay. Reimbursement time shall be different for different condition-

  1. For all cancelled orders before its shipment, reimbursement process shall be initiated on next working day. In this case full refund shall be reimbursed.
  2. For all delivered products at customer’s end, reimbursement process shall be initiated once NOORI shall receive back the returned product. Reverse Shipping Fee shall be deducted from the total paid amount by the customer.
  3. For all cancel orders, product(s) of which are being shipped but not delivered to you, reimbursement process shall be initiated once NOORI shall receive the returned product. Reverse Shipping Fee shall be deducted from the total paid amount by the customer.
  4. NOORI shall make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction and payment.

2. REFUND AGAINST CANCELLED ORDER

You agree to ensure payment for any items You purchase from us and you acknowledge and affirm that prices are subject to change. At the same time when you reserve the right to cancel an order, we also reserve the right to reject or cancel an order for any reason, including errors or omissions in the information you provide to us. In both the cases, we will issue a refund to you for amount you paid to us.

3. REPLACEMENT PROCESS OF DEFECTIVE PRODUCT(S)

  1. If the buyer’s product(s) return request for product(s) replacement (For Damaged or Defective Product) is in line with NOORI return policy, then the return will be accepted as a refund / replacement to buyer.
  2. In such scenario, NOORI shall make reasonable efforts to deliver the returned productto you within 30 days from return approved date.
  3. Replacement is subject to availability of stock with the NOORI. Ifthe product is out of stock, a refund will be provided to the Buyer.
  4. NOORI has a sole discretion to either refund the amount or replace the defective product(s).

4. NO RETURN / REPLACEMENT / REFUND

The Website has no liability and will make no refund in the event of any delay, cancellation, strike, lockdown due to COVID-19, Earthquake, rights, force majeure or other causes beyond their direct control, and they have no responsibility for any additional expense omissions delays or acts of any government or authority.

5. CHECKLIST FOR REVERSE PICKUP

If customer cancels the order due to not as described product(s):

  1. Correctness of product: Brand, model number, serial number, colour/design.
  2. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and tampering.
  3. check seals/warranty seals (wherever applicable)
  4. Undamaged product: Product should not be damaged (dents, cracks, scuffs, scratches etc.) due to customer base.
  5. Packaging: Product’s original packaging must be preserved undamaged and retuned back.

If customer cancels the order due to damaged / defective product(s):

  1. Correctness of product: Brand, model number, serial number, colour/design.
  2. The product should be unused, unwashed, unsoiled, without any stains and tampering.
  3. Damaged product: All damaged broken parts must be returned back.
  4. Packaging: Product’s original packaging must be preserved and returned back.

6. COURIER RETURNS

Courier returns are returns which happen before the delivery of the product to the Buyer. Following are the possible scenarios where courier returns happen.

Buyer not reachable:

  • If Buyer is not reachable after 3 attempts by Logistics Partner’s attempt to deliver the package, NOORI customer support instructs the Logistics Partner to return the product to the origin and the order would be considered as cancelled.
  • In refund amount to the customer by NOORI, Reverse Pick-up charges shall be deducted from the actual amount paid by the customer.
  • If Buyers still want to purchase the item, he/she should place a new order.

Buyer Cancellation:

  • Buyer may request to cancel the order before it reaches the Buyer. In this case NOORI customer support instructs the Logistics Partner to return the product to the origin and the order would be considered as cancelled. Logistics Partner will return the package to NOORI.
  • In refund amount to the customer by NOORI, Reverse Pick-up charges shall be deducted from the actual amount paid by the customer.
